Microsoft Dynamics CRM native functionality does not provide configurable images. MTC Image Capture add-on enables users to capture their images and save them on the customer record.

Image capture is an MSCRM Add on that enables the users to upload Pictures from web camera which are directly connected to the computer.
The image capture add on should be able to produce the highest quality image.
This is an important feature as the lack of quality documents will affect the Operations of the business as a whole.

Other information

First one year maintenance support includes live web based one hour of Installation. Technical support (Monday to Friday, 24/5) via e-mail and the web.
Annual maintenance renewal cost will be 25% of the product cost for future editions, upgrades, and technical support.
