Provide the currency code from the look up records and Currency records include details about the currency, including:
- The name of the currency.
- The symbol that you use to represent the currency, such as $ (dollar), € (euro), or ¥ (yen).
- The exchange rate with the base currency.
Go to Tools → Options
Select the default currency section and select the desired currency in which your transactions are to be made.
If your organization uses more than one currency to track financial transactions, you can add more currencies to your implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
This conversion ensures that all financial information is available in one currency for reports and other types of data analysis.
