We are trying to rebuild our dev environment (sad to say that data center people can not locate our dev applicaiton server). We did a physical to virtual copy of the production server, the virtual server will be reconfigured as the dev apps server. Notice that application or service "Keyrus CRM Marketing Add On Service" (C:\Program Files\Keyrus Marketing Add-on\Service\Keyrus.CRM.MA.AddonService.exe) is given many errors. Ex. EventType clr20r3, P1 keyrus.crm.ma.addonservice.exe, P2 1.0.3233.17740, P3 491455e8, P4 keyrus.crm.ma.addonservice.core, P5 1.0.3237.19032, P6 4919a600, P7 2, P8 18b, P9 system.applicationexception, P10 NIL.

I'm hoping this is a simple one...  When I access CRM 4.0 from the Internet, there is no "sign out" button available.  Is there a setting I need to change so this button is available?  I want to ensure security for when I'm working from a public location.
